Membership Plans
Silver Membership – $74/month
- Oil & Filter Change - Every 6 months or 5K miles
- Fuel Filter Change - Once per year or 15K miles
- Engine Air Filter - Once per year or 15K miles
- Comprehensive Multi-Point Inspection (Twice per year)
Gold Membership – $99/month
- Everything in Silver Membership plus:
- Tire Rotation (Once per Year or 15K miles)
- 4 Wheel Alignment (Once per year or 15K miles)
- Cabin Air Filter (Once per year or 15K miles)
- Set of New Windshield Wipers (Twice a year)
Platinum Membership – $114/month
- Includes ALL Gold & Silver Level Plus:
- In-Town Towing Coverage up to 10 miles, towing to Gem State Diesel
- Over 10 miles, customers will be charged for additional mileage
- 5% Total Discount on both Parts & Labor
All Fleet Membership – $104/month per vehicle
- Oil & Filter Change - Every 6 months or 5K miles

- Tire Rotation (Once per Year or 15K miles)

Terms & Conditions
- Membership Term & Billing: All Gem State Diesel’s Drive Assured Memberships require a 12-month minimum commitment. Memberships are billed automatically on a monthly basis. In the billing portal you can opt to pay for a full year if you choose. Plans automatically renew each year on your signup anniversary unless canceled beforehand. Each membership is tied to one individual vehicle. You may enroll multiple vehicles under separate memberships.
- Vehicle Transfers: Memberships are transferable to another vehicle only:
- If the original vehicle is sold, totaled, or permanently removed from use
- With proof of sale or insurance loss
- Limited to one transfer per 12-month term
- Early Cancellation: You can cancel your membership at any time however if it is before the 1 year commitment has been met, we will need to charge an early cancellation fee of $300.00.
- Membership Abuse: We reserve the right to cancel any membership for abuse or misuse. This includes:
- Use on commercial or fleet vehicles (rideshare, delivery, etc.) unless enrolled in a Fleet Package
- Non-payment or accounts overdue by more than 45 days
- Transferring services to vehicles outside of your household
- Exclusions & Limitations: Certain vehicle types or services are excluded from our plans due to labor intensity or manufacturer-specific requirements. These plans are available for the following 3/4 and 1 ton vehicles:
- 2003 and newer Dodge Ram
- 1999 and newer Ford
- 2001 and newer GM
- Ford F450 and F550 on a case by case basis
- Ram 4500 and 5500 on a case by case basis
- Diagnostics & Repairs: Quick diagnostics (up to 15 minutes) are included with all memberships. Extended diagnostics or in-depth troubleshooting will be quoted before additional work is performed. Members receive priority booking and expedited service where possible.
- Towing Benefit: Miles cannot be combined & additional miles will be an additional cost. Towed vehicles must be taken to Gem State Diesel’s property only.
- First Visit Encouragement: We recommend scheduling your first service within 30 days of activating your membership. Routine maintenance extends the life of your vehicle and saves you money down the road.
