Priority Service
As part of our Fleet Services, we put an agreement in place to expedite service and repair. Our team will learn about you and your business, what you want to accomplish and how your fleet helps you get there. From there, we agree on a pre-approved budget limit to expedite repairs. You’ll also receive priority service to get your trucks back on the road quickly. Typically, our fleet services are designed around an annual basis. This lets us service your trucks during your slow time when you can take a vehicle offline and get any issues fixed with a goal of it running well for the next 12 months.
Stocked Parts
When a truck is offline it costs you money. That’s why we invest in stocking inventory at our shop. By having commonly needed parts on-hand, we can turn around repairs quickly. We prioritize inventory based on what parts are commonly needed, parts that have been needed more than once, or parts that we know have an extensive wait time. Our full-time parts person helps us have the right inventory on hand as much as possible.
