Keep your diesel investment running in top shape with convenient factory scheduled maintenance.
Factory Scheduled Maintenance
Factory scheduled maintenance is the preventative maintenance recommended by Ford, GMC and Dodge. It’s typically mileage-based and while there’s some standard items it is model specific. Ten years ago factory scheduled maintenance was much more cut and paste, but has transitioned to being much more specific to the model. For example, some transmissions take special oil. If someone’s going through the motions and puts in the wrong oil that transmission is going to fail. You need a team that knows exactly what’s recommended for your specific truck.
Severe Use
Depending on how you use your truck, you may consider bringing it in more frequently than the standard factory scheduled maintenance recommends. Trucks that are used for construction and pull heavy equipment in dusty environments may benefit from a more frequent maintenance schedule. Severe use can reduce the time between maintenance visits 20-30%.
Intelligent Scheduling
If you’re relying on your truck for work, downtime costs you money. We tailor a maintenance schedule to fit your needs. Know you’re going to be busy hauling fencing all summer? No problem, we’ll schedule service during the off-season so your truck isn’t taken out of play when you need it most. Planning to take it hunting in the backcountry? We can adjust service intervals so they align with your use.
High Mileage Trucks
After about 150,000 miles we typically recommend shifting to inspection based repairs versus mileage based repairs.
